Product Description:
Black’s Organic Farm is located in the Glens of Antrim just outside Ballycastle, where the Black family have been farming for generations. The farm has been fully organic and Soil Association certified since 2000.
Soil Association standards mean that all our animals are completely free-range. They feed on mountain grass and herbs and are looked after to the highest standards of welfare.
Our animals are traditional breeds and our organic produce includes Organic Aberdeen Angus and Shorthorn Beef, Lleyn Lamb, Saddleback Pork and free-range Bronze Christmas Turkeys.
We sell our lamb, pork and beef boxed in small portions and frozen immediately after butchering. Boxes weigh between 9 and 10kg and take up about one shelf of domestic freezer space. Cuts and cures are flexible, please ask about options when ordering. Christmas turkeys available to order from September.
