Do you want to demonstrate your love of quality local produce?  Do you want to showcase the best of local food at a time when more local, national and international visitors are exploring the North Coast area?  Yes?  Then all you have to do is submit your entry to the Naturally North Coast Awards 2011!

This is a fantastic opportunity for your local dining establishment, i.e. Hotel, Restaurant, Pub, Inn, Café or Coffee Shop, to showcase the best of local food amongst the best of what Northern Ireland, and particularly the North Coast, has to offer.  All you have to do is come with either a menu or dish (the dish could be a light snack, sandwich or meal), using 60% or more of locally sourced ingredients.  Looking for some extra inspiration for where to get the best in local food? Take a look at the Naturally North Coast directory on this website.

Last year’s winners were Tartine @ The Distillers Arms, Bushmills (Best Restaurant), Bushtown Hotel, Coleraine (Best Hotel Restaurant) and New Society, Coleraine (Best Coffee Shop).  There were also the ‘Highly Commended’ Harmony Hill Country House & Restaurant, Ballymoney, the Bayview Hotel, Portballintrae, and Boyle’s Café, Ballycastle.  Judges described their menus and dishes were ‘infused with local ingredients’, resulting in ‘mouthwatering’, ‘delicious’ and ‘quality’ food with the service provided being equally highly rated.

How do you enter?
